aversi&#243;n al riesgo en la intenci&#243;n emprendedora de universitarios de Administraci&#243;n y Contabilidad&#8221;, aplicada a m&#225;s de 800 estudiantes de los &#250;ltimos a&#241;os de las carreras de Administraci&#243;n y Contabilidad de las principales universidades de Arequipa, el principal hallazgo revel&#243; que el optimismo es una pieza clave para impulsar la intenci&#243;n emprendedora en los j&#243;venes. </p><p style="text-align: justify;">El estudio demuestra que los estudiantes universitarios, con una edad promedio de 23 a&#241;os y con una actitud optimista, perciben los riesgos como oportunidades y no como amenazas. Cabe destacar, que la gran mayor&#237;a del grupo consultado era soltero (96,5%) y se dedicaban solo a los estudios (81,5%). En sus respuestas se destaca al optimismo como mediador entre la propensi&#243;n al riesgo y la intenci&#243;n emprendedora, fortaleciendo la capacidad de los universitarios para asumir decisiones suficiente considerar en el plan de estudios la ense&#241;anza de modelos de negocio y proyecciones financieras, entre otras materias, sino tambi&#233;n comprender los rasgos personales, como la disposici&#243;n a asumir riesgos en situaciones complejas. Los j&#243;venes que est&#225;n dispuestos a asumir riesgos, en comparaci&#243;n con aquellos que presentan aversi&#243;n al riesgo, identifican el emprendimiento como una opci&#243;n viable y atractiva. Sin embargo, a diferencia de investigaciones previas, la aversi&#243;n al riesgo no se mostr&#243; como un factor determinante en nuestros resultados, esto se deber&#237;a a que los estudiantes de escuelas de negocios tienen una comprensi&#243;n m&#225;s t&#233;cnica del riesgo, lo que disminuye su car&#225;cter restrictivo. Simulaciones empresariales, proyectos colaborativos y aplicaci&#243;n pr&#225;ctica, ser&#237;an estrategias ideales para que, desde las aulas universitarias, se aprenda a gestionar el riesgo como
